Terms of Service

TradingDisciplineLab, also referred to as TDLab, provides software for reviewing trading activity, analyzing discipline-related patterns, running deterministic simulations on historical trade data and tracking personal trading rules.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

We may suspend or terminate access if an account is used to abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt operations, violate applicable law or breach these terms.

TDLab is not an investment adviser, broker, signal provider, copy trading service or account management service. Nothing in the product, website, simulator, AI output, analytics, emails or support messages is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

Simulations and analytics are based on historical trade data and user inputs. They do not predict future performance and should not be used as a promise or guarantee of trading results.

TDLab may offer a free trial, free limited access and paid subscription plans. Paid plans, prices, included features and limits are shown at checkout or on the pricing page before purchase.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Payments, invoices, tax calculation and checkout may be handled by Paddle as merchant of record.

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, scrape, overload or disrupt the service;
• attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to access;
• upload malicious files, code or unlawful content;
• resell, sublicense or provide the service to third parties without permission;
• use TDLab to provide regulated financial advice or trading signals to others.

You retain ownership of the trade data, notes, tags, files and other content you upload or create in TDLab. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, back up, analyze and display that content solely to operate and improve the service.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change over time as the product evolves.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TDLab is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, indirect damages or decisions made using information from the service.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. You can cancel your subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically delete your account data.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated through the website, application or email where appropriate. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
