A little context saves a lot of back-and-forth, especially for bugs, sync issues and unexpected product behavior.

  • The page or feature you were using
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • A screenshot or the exact error message

Launch support window

We prioritize login, billing and product blockers first, then product questions and workflow feedback.

For urgent account access or billing issues, include "urgent" in the email subject.
