Exporting and deleting your data

TDLab gives you self-service control over your data from the Profile page’s privacy section.
Exporting your data
Open Export data and generate a ZIP archive. It includes your account details, trading accounts, trades (JSON and CSV), daily journals, tags and discipline mistakes, Playbook rules, simulation runs, weekly reviews and billing records.
Note
The export contains your structured data. Uploaded image attachments and AI Analyst conversations are not part of the ZIP.Deleting your account
- Open Delete account from the danger zone.
- Confirm with your password and type the confirmation word exactly as requested.
- Submit the request.
Deletion has a 30-day grace period. During that time your account access is paused and you can cancel the request to restore everything. After 30 days the account is permanently removed.
Export first
If you might want your data, export it before requesting deletion — access to the app (including export) is paused while a deletion is pending.Ready to try it yourself?
